Ok, ok. I thought I would have something more impressive for 12 years of blogging. Like a design. Or a finished garment. But I have a mostly finished back piece for Foldlines, and that’s all folks.
This sweater is a pleasure to knit because the pattern is captivating and so is the Kelbourne Woolens Scout yarn. The color is mint heather and it makes my eyeballs happy every time I look at it.
Today marks twelve years of blogging. I started the semester I started working on my master’s in counseling, because it seemed like a fun thing to do at the time, and eventually it just became really fun and a great way to connect with knitters all over the world. Thanks so much for reading and hanging in there for my knitting adventures.
Hello to all the lucky folks at Rhinebeck this weekend! I was there last year and wish I could wander around eating apple cider donuts with everyone. I hear it’s good sweater weather there this year, so I hope you all are making the best of it.
